Spring into Fitness

Spring Into Fitness 2016 is an annual showcase of fitness equipment and services. Recognizing that fitness is a 24-hour-a-day commitment, the City Commission has made it easy for your personal use, using payroll deduction. The evening is fun for the whole family. Look for Spring Into Fitness each March, just in time to get you ready for bathing suit season!

Group Exercise Classes

Group fitness classes are scheduled throughout the work week at various City locations.  All fitness levels are welcomed.  Our knowledgeable staff is trained to modify exercises and intensity levels to accommodate any current fitness level. Classes vary quarterly.  Please view our current schedule of classes** and consider a visit.

**Boot Camp and Stadiums are temporarily unavailable. They will be back up and running the first week of May.

Exercise Prescriptions

Every person has different fitness goals and functional needs. Our Wellness staff takes these differences into account and takes the time to assess, create, and implement effective personalized exercise prescriptions.
