Landlord applications are mailed out annually to single family residential property owners who do not have homestead exemption. Landlords can apply for a license and renew online.

Section 14.5-2(e) of the City of Gainesville Municipal Code of Ordinance declares rental units a public nuisance when there are repeated violation of specific ordinance that adversely affect the rights of nearby residents to the quiet enjoyment of their property. Since August 1, 2006, points have been assessed to landlord permits due to these violations. Selection "0" means no Points assessed, "All Points" means 1 or more violation points assessed and so on. 

Driveway Parking Plan

Do you own a rental in a single family neighborhood in the University Context Area?
Do you own rental property in a neighborhood that has elected to have driveway parking plans in their single family neighborhood?
If the answer is "yes" to either of these questions, then a Driveway Parking Plan is required.
