Strategic Planning

The City of Gainesville Office of Strategic Planning was formed in June of 2006.  Its primary responsibilities include: Assisting the General Government departments with development and implementation of departmental management plans; Annexation-related activities; Administration of the General Government performance measurement program; Long-range strategic objectives and organizational enhancements; Special projects and studies.
