A qualifying packet must be picked up from the Clerk’s office, which is located on the first floor of City Hall (200 E. University Ave.). Qualifying for the 2018 city election is from noon Monday, Jan. 29, 2018 through noon Friday, Feb. 2, 2018.
Election Day for the City of Gainesville election is Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Polling places are open from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. on Election Day. If needed, the runoff date is Tuesday, May 1, 2018.
Book Closing for this election is Feb. 20, 2018.
